Constraints sharpen craft. I've designed inside complex systems — not because I need structure to move, but because navigating ambiguity at scale builds sharper intuition.

I've owned the full arc alone: research, design, product decisions, shipping alongside engineers. And I've been the craft partner who elevates the work when surrounded by specialists — researchers, data scientists, content strategists — who challenge assumptions and make the outcome better.

Both modes teach you something different. Both demand conviction.

Good design is never done. It needs intentional milestones — ship, learn, raise the bar. That's how trust compounds: between you and your team, between the product and the people using it.
